Time in the trade
30 years
Design, installation, commissioning and service.
Our goal is to enable proaction. That means building systems that help people see sooner and decide faster, not systems that only explain what already happened.
We are a smaller, sharper firm than the national integrators, and that is a deliberate choice with real tradeoffs. This page states both sides of it.

As-builts, camera maps and credentials belong to you.
We have spent years inside the platform we deploy, including time working directly for the manufacturer. That includes a design-level certification held by a small number of specialists worldwide.
Depth matters at commissioning. The difference between a system that works and a system that works under pressure is configuration, and configuration is where inexperience shows up two years later.
The person who walked your site is the person who commissions the system and the person who comes back when a camera fails. There is no handoff to a service division that never saw the design intent.
That continuity is the single largest practical difference between a regional firm and a national one, and it is the thing customers tell us they notice in year three.
No national rebate program steers our manufacturer choice. We specify what fits the site, the budget and the retention requirement.
We also work with existing equipment rather than treating a rip and replace as the default proposal. Open architecture means about 90 percent of what is out there can usually be brought forward, and it means you are never locked into one camera brand or one platform.
You receive as-built drawings, camera maps annotated with pixel density at the intended coverage distance, device inventories with firmware status, and your own administrator credentials.
Training is included rather than sold back to you later. A system that only the integrator can operate is not an asset, it is a dependency.
Lease options are available for enterprise and commercial projects at larger project sizes, which can move a capital problem into an operating budget where that is easier to approve. We will tell you honestly whether your project size qualifies.
The single most persuasive thing in this category is watching the platform work on your own footage. Search a time window, follow a person across cameras, export a clip with an audit record, mask a bystander, pull the plate read history.
We will do that live, on your site or on a shared screen, before you spend anything. Most buying decisions in this business get made in that fifteen minutes.
National multi-site rollouts across many states. Hire a national integrator for that work, and we will say so in the first meeting.
Residential work. We do not offer it, and on managed property we work on the property and its common areas rather than inside private dwellings.
Continuity and reach. The same small group designs, installs and services your system, and the owner is one escalation step away. A national integrator wins on multi-state rollouts, bonding capacity and in-house monitoring, and we will tell you when that is the better fit.
We hold manufacturer certifications on the platform we deploy, including a design-level certification held by a small number of specialists worldwide. We will confirm the specific credentials that apply to your project in writing.
Lease options are available for enterprise and commercial projects at larger project sizes. We will tell you whether your project qualifies rather than implying that everything does.
Colorado and Wyoming primarily, plus Utah and New Mexico.
We would rather help you make a good decision than win a bad one.
If you are rolling out hundreds of sites across many states, a large national integrator is the better choice and we will say so first. If you have one to forty buildings in Colorado, Wyoming, Utah or New Mexico and you want the same person answering the phone in year five, that is the work we do.

Read the full comparisonOur service covers design, installation, configuration, documentation and on-site response. The platform manufacturer covers software releases, support cases and cloud availability under its own published programs. We keep that boundary explicit, because the most common support failure in this industry is a customer who assumed one party covered something the other party did.
